Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During pre-sale or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated by email if that's the case.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $300 AUD. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@updogg.com.au with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping costs.
