These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from UPDOGG (updogg.com.au). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where necessary, cancel and refund an order affected by such an error.

2. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Full payment is required before an order is shipped.

4. Shipping

We ship within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over $300 AUD. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our approach to returns, refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Product Care

UPDOGG shorts and accessories are built for job-site use, but like all workwear, longevity depends on proper care. Follow any care instructions provided with your product. Normal wear and tear from job-site use is not considered a fault.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the UPDOGG name, logo, product designs, and website content, is owned by or licensed to UPDOGG and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UPDOGG's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Continued use of our site or future purchases after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
